Terms of Service
1. What this service is
The StarforgeBoutique content tool ("the Service") is a private application operated by the owner of the StarforgeBoutique shop. It creates short promotional videos for StarforgeBoutique products and, with permission, uploads them as drafts to the owner's own TikTok account through TikTok's official APIs.
2. Who may use it
The Service is for the shop owner's internal use only. It is not offered to the public, and no one other than the owner may connect an account to it.
3. TikTok accounts
Connecting a TikTok account requires logging in through TikTok and approving the requested permissions. Videos are uploaded as drafts only. Nothing is published until the account holder reviews and posts it in the TikTok app. Access can be revoked at any time in TikTok under Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions.
4. Acceptable use
Content produced with the Service must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and with applicable law, including advertising and disclosure rules for promotional content.
5. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party platforms, including TikTok, Etsy and Printify. Use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version.
